Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.
\nLead guests into a variety of advanced terrain
\nDevelop advance skiers and riders to reach their next level goals
\nWork with advanced season long programs, and athlete development
\nLead sessions, and Instructor development programs
\nFollow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety Manual
\nBe responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests
\nAct as the prudent parent in the absence of the child\u2019s parent
\nAttend all mandatory training sessions
\nBe familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times
\nWe are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as needed
\nJob Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC,\u00a0CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent is essential
\nCertified Course Conductor is an asset
\nEnglish language fluency; fluency in multiple languages is an asset
\nExperience working with Children and Families is essential.
\nExperience teaching advanced lessons (minimum 1-2 years of related experience)
\nPatience and ability to have lots of fun
\nGood verbal and written communication skills
\nReliable and committed to working
