Experience
\n2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Tasks
\nAnalyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant\u2019s profits
\nEvaluate daily operations
\nMonitor revenues to determine labour cost
\nMonitor staff performance
\nPlan and organize daily operations
\nRecruit staff
\nSet staff work schedules
\nSupervise staff
\nTrain staff
\nBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
\nConduct performance reviews
\nOrganize and maintain inventory
\nEnsure health and safety regulations are followed
\nParticipate in marketing plans and implementation
\nLeading\/instructing individuals
\nAddress customers’ complaints or concerns
\nProvide customer service
\nPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations<\/p>\n
