\n-System Installation: Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials (including TPO, EPDM, and PVC membranes).
\n-System Maintenance: Repair, patch, and reinforce existing residential and commercial flat roofing structures.
\n-Site Setup: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, ladders, and other crucial elevated working platforms safely.
\n-System Integration: Work alongside carpentry teams to ensure proper roof structure drainage, and fit flashing securely around skylights and attic ventilation units.
\n-Water Management: Inspect, clear, and configure flat roof eavestrough systems to prevent standing water damage.
\n-Seasonal Maintenance: Perform emergency flat roof leak repairs, snow removal, and ice mitigation during winter months.<\/p>\n
\nEducation:\u00a0No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
\nPhysical Capabilities:\u00a0Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors under varied weather conditions.
\nFitness Levels:\u00a0Physically demanding environment requiring heavy lifting (up to 23 kg \/ 50 lbs), bending, crouching, and kneeling.
\nSkills:\u00a0Strong hand-eye coordination, fine attention to structural detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight project timelines.<\/p>\n
