Cook and mix rice independently to guarantee safety and taste<br \/>\n. Cut and prepare raw fish and make sure it meets the health standards<br \/>\n. Wash, peel, cut and prepare other ingredients using manual or electrical appliances<br \/>\n. Make, wrap, cut sushi. Pack and display sushi.<br \/>\n. Make party-tray and chicken-don and other food with or without supervision when necessary<br \/>\n. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment<br \/>\n. Handle and store cleaning products when needed<br \/>\n. May receive, unpack and store supplies and ingredients in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas<br \/>\n. Sharpen kitchen knives<br \/>\n. May maintain inventory and records<br \/>\n. May perform other related duties as instructed when necessary like supervise kitchen helper.<br \/>\n.
