0942087 BC Ltd dba OPA! Souvlaki of Greece located at FC 07, 2002 Park Royal South, West Vancouver BC requires 2 Grill Cook to join its team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Perform required food preparations as per restaurant menu.
• Ensure grill area is ready and supplies are fully stocked.
• Prepare and cook meals on grill for customers.
• Preparation of catering orders
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety program
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, dining area, utensils, and equipment.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used.
• Perform related duties as required by management.

Experience:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• 1 years of experience in cooking or grill cooking
Or
Certificate or diploma in cooking with 6 months of experience.
Or
Completion of 3-4 years of apprenticeship program

Language: English

Salary: $16.25/hr for 40/hrs per week.
