1000252745 Ontario Inc. is seeking TWO Kitchen Supervisors to join their team.

Permanent, full-time; 30-44 hours per week, $28.30 per hour.

Two locations:

1. #9-111 Richmond St W, Toronto (dba Ramen Takao)
2. #3-111 Richmond St W, Toronto (dba Tempura Keisuke)

Duties:
– Opening and closing the restaurant, as needed;
– Attend management meetings for new menu and promotional items;
– Supervise and schedule kitchen staff and food attendants;
– Resolve customer complaints and inquiries;
– Interview potential employees for new positions;
– Provide on-the-job training for new kitchen staff and food attendants;
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage, estimate and submit requests for new ingredients and supplies for restaurant operation;
– Ensure that food and service meet sanitation, health and quality control standards.

Requirements:
– Secondary school completion required;
– Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation or service related;
– English language ability is required;
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
