Overview

116 YK Foods DBA Masala Kingdom located in Yellowknife, NT requires a full time Tandoori Cook to join its team as soon as possible.
Duties:
Prepare both veg and non-veg tandoori dishes as per restaurant menu.
Prepare tandoori naan in clay oven.
Supervise kitchen staff to prepare marination and other sauces.
Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.
Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws.
May hire and Train kitchen staff when required.
Maintain inventory records of food and other supplies.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirement:
Secondary School Education required
1 year of experience in cooking Or Completion of college or other program in cooking Or Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks
Language : English
Salary:
$20.00/hr for 40/hrs per week.
