Dae-ji Cutlet House Rupert is Hiring a Cook

Requirement:

–      Completion of Secondary School is required

–      Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or several years (2~3 years) of commercial cooking experience is required

–      Basic proficiency in English is required

Duties:

–      Plan, prepare, cook and complete various menus;

–      Determine size of food portions;

–      Maintain inventory and records of food;

–      Train and supervise kitchen helpers in culinary preparation techniques used;

–      Oversee kitchen operations;

–      Keep clean kitchen and work area

Wages and benefits:

Wage: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour depends on qualification

Benefits: 4% of vacation fee or 10 days of paid vacation, gratuities and free meal at work

Working hours:

30 – 40 hours per week (Full-time & Permanent Position)
