Job Description:

– Position: Food Service Supervisor

– Employer: 1323756 B.C. LTD. dba Sushi On Burnaby

– Work Location: 7615 Edmonds St, Burnaby, BC V3N 1B6

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

– Vacancy: 1

 

Job Duties:

– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers.

– Receive deliveries, check delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.

– Maintain food and service quality.

– Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.

– Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirement.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management, or related field OR minimum 6 months of experience in food preparation or service is required.
