Job Title: Apprentice Cook

Employer: 1341488 B.C. Ltd. dba Mega Sushi Richmond

Work Location: 3131 Chatham St, Richmond, BC V7E 2Y4

Business Address: Same as above

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Wage: $17.62 per hour

Benefit : 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook Korean and Japanese foods such as Bibimbap, Tempura, Donburi etc.

– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed by cooks.

– Cook food according to recipes.

– Prepare and wash ingredients.

– Stock and maintain ingredients in refrigerator.

– Clean kitchen and work areas

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
