Overview

1342288 BC Ltd is currently looking for a reliable and hard-working General Construction Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

• Oversee, synchronize and organize the tasks as well as heavy equipment for construction
• Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules, ensuring coordination with other project supervisors or managers
• Request necessary materials and supplies, address work-related issues, and propose enhancements to enhance productivity.
• Facilitate training for workers.
• Compile production and relevant reports.
• Possess the capacity to manage company operations and additionally supervise apprentices, helpers, labourers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in trade is required.

Salary:               $38.50/hour
