Number of Position: 3 vacancies
Hourly Wages: $16.50
Start Date: as soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Work Hours: Full time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Manage kitchen operations, and clean kitchen and work area
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Hire and train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School or equivalent work experience is required
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required
Language of Work: English
