1380366 BC LTD dba The Back Forty Restaurant located in Clearwater BC requires 3 full time Cooks to join its team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:
• Prepare both veg and non-veg dishes as per menu.
• Prepare sauces and dips.
• Supervise kitchen helpers.
• Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.
• Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws.
• May hire and Train kitchen staff when required.
• Maintain inventory and records of food and other supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 1 year of experience in cooking Or Completion of college or other program in cooking Or Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks
• Language: English

Job Location: 228 East Yellowhead Hwy, Clearwater, BCV0E 1N0
Salary: $18.00/hr for 40hrs/week
