Job Title: Tattoo Shop Supervisor

Work Location: Same as above

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Number of Openings: 2

Hours of Work: 30-44 hours per week

Wages: $29.00 per hour

Benefits: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

 

Job Duties

– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the daily activities of tattoo artists and

– Recruit, hire, and train new staff, including tattoo artists and front desk personnel, in shop-specific procedures, hygiene practices, safety standards, and customer service protocols.

– Manage customer appointments and provide customer service.

– Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.

– Order and manage inventory of tattoo supplies, equipment, and shop necessities.

– Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and shop operations.

 

Job Requirements

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: Minimum 1 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service environment.
