– Handle cash transactions and prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation.
– Conduct employee performance evaluations.
– Organize and manage inventory levels.
– Track revenue and adjust procedures and pricing as necessary.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other materials.
– Arrange agreements with clients for catering services or facility usage.
– Develop, execute, and review budgets.
– Schedule staff work shifts and assess staff performance.
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
