Job Description:

– Position: Food Service Supervisor

– Employer: 1188789 BC Ltd dba Sushi Mori Japanese Restaurant

– Work Location: Unit 960, 15355 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V4A 2H9

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $20.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

– Vacancy: 1

 

Job Duties:

– Prepare work schedules and supervise employee for great work performance

– Maintain service meet quality standards

– Train staff, assign job responsibilities, and keep employees to follow the safety requirements

– Order and record ingredients, manage stock and cost of meal

– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customer

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school; AND

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
