Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Duties

-Evaluate daily operations
-Plan and organize daily operations
-Manage staff and assign duties
-Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
-Develop and implement marketing strategies
-Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
-Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
-Oversee payroll administration
-Conduct performance reviews
-Supervise office and volunteer staff

Qualifications & Education

– Minimum Education : High School

– Previous experience in retail supervisor is preferred
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and training development
– Ability to sell products effectively
– Excellent organizational and math skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed
