Job Title: Tattooist

Work Location: Same as above

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Number of Openings: 2

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Wage:  $19.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration.

 

*Job Duties*

 

Clean and Sanitize tattoo equipment and work areas
Consult with clients to create custom tattoos, regarding size, colour, design and placement
Use a sterile single use needle set up to permanently pigment the clients’ skin (tattoo) with inks approved by the health authority
Maintain health and safety procedures standards
Maintain traction, cleaning, sterilizing, and repairing equipment.
*Job Requirements*

Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: No formal experience is required as on job training is provided; experience is an asset.
