Overview

21 Century foods Ltd. (dba “Takeya sushi ” & ” Edokko Nigiri Sushi Dining Restaurant ” ) is seeking a Cook to join two of our Richmond locations.
Permanent, full-time; $18.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week.

Benefits include dental and bonus depending on sales performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position, could be scheduled anytime between 9:00am and 10:00pm as required.

Woking locations are :
#1 Takeya Sushi : Unit 17, 8671 No.1 Road , Richmond, BC  V7C 1V2
#2 Edokko nigiri sushi dining restaurant : 3679 Westminster HWY , Richmond , BC V7C 5V2

Duties:

– Prepare ingredients;
– Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
– Supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a professional cook;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
