Job Description:

Employer: 21 Century Trading Inc.

Title: Administrative Assistant

Work Location: #110-6951 72nd Street, Delta, BC, V4G 0A2, Canada

Business Address: Same as work location

Wage: $25.00 per Hour

Number of work hours: 30-40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation and extended medical insurance after 6 months of employment

Job Duties:

Use general accounts knowledge to check and process invoices
Receive, sort and distribute daily emails, mails, and other materials to staff
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages
Provide customer services over the phone and in person, with our clients, and departments
Maintain and order supplies for each department of company
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or equivalent experience is required.

Previous working experience is an asset.
