Job Duties include but not limited to:

– Prepare work schedules and supervise employees for great work performance.

– Maintain food and service meet quality standards.

– Train staff, assign job responsibilities, and keep employees to follow the safety requirements.

– Order and record ingredients, manage stock and cost of meal.

– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customer.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school; AND

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
