Job Description:

– Position: Cook

– Employer: 2281076 Alberta Ltd. dba Hankki

– Work Location: 1058 17 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2T 0A5

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $17.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Extended health benefit will be provided.

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook completely for a variety of food on the menu such as rice bowl, Korean style hotdog, fries etc.

– Prep, assemble cook all food products according to recipe guidelines.

– Responsible for appliances such as grill, fryer, etc.

– Properly portion all food items such as chicken, meats, and/or vegetables before cooking.

– Keep track of inventory and records of food and supplies.

– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety.
