Overview

Prepare and review documents like correspondence, invoices and reports, etc. from dictation and handwritten sources.  Manage emails and regular mails to coordinate date with other departments. Schedule appointments and meetings. Manage inventory and office supplies. Answer phone calls. Implement office procedures. Determine the purpose of their visit and guide the visitors based on their needs to an appropriate individual. Help organization of conferences and presentations.
