Working hours: 30hours – 44 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross salary will be provided OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Job Duties:

–          Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our store.

–          Manage staff schedule and oversee staff training.

–          Monitor staff performance.

–          Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.

–          Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers.

–          Manage inventory and check revenues and modify prices and costs.

–          Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard.

 

*Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory or management experience OR Completion of a college or other programs related to hospitality or food and beverage service management, is required.
