Overview
JOB DUTIES:
Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports;
Supervise and check assembly of trays;
Supervise and check delivery of foods;
Prepare budget and cost estimates;
Address customer’s complaints or concerns;
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
Ensure food service and quality control; and
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.
WAGE RATE: $18.00 per hour
WORK LOCATION: 5027 44 St# 103C, Lloydminster, AB T9V 0A6
EDUCATION: Completion of Secondary School
LANGUAGE OF WORK: English
WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 TO 2 YEARS of relevant work experience
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent and Full Time
