2387296 Ontario Ltd. (dba Ramen Isshin) is seeking an Assistant Food Service Supervisor for their Queen Street and College Street locations in Toronto, ON.

 

Permanent, full-time; 30-44 hours per week; $18.25 per hour. Bonus available based on performance.

 

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:00am and 12:30am as required.

 

Work locations:

1)             (primary) 609 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON, M5V 2B7

2)             421 College Street, Toronto, ON, M5T 1T1

 

Duties:

– Opening and closing the restaurant as needed;

– Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers;

– Resolve customer complaints and inquiries;

– Provide on-the-job training for new Food & Beverage Servers;

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and food wastage, estimate and submit requests for new ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations;

– Ensure that food and service meets sanitation, health and quality control standards.

 

Qualifications:

– Secondary school completion preferred;

– At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or service;

– English language ability required;

– Japanese language ability is an asset.
