Job Description:

– Position: Baker

– Employer: 2501521 Alberta Ltd dba Wow Store Red Deer

– Work Location: 3731 50 Ave, Red Deer, AB T4N 3Y7

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

– Working Hours: 30-44 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Prepare dough and bake various baked goods and pies according to established recipes.

– Ensure quality of products meets established standards.

– Bake bread and cookies, macarons, donuts, and cakes.

– Adhere to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods

– Maintain an inventory record for baking supplies.

– Monitor and maintain the proper oven temperature

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

– Experience: Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers OR 3-5 years of baking experience is required.
