Job Duties:

– Organizing and evaluating the operations of a restaurant

– Negotiating prices and check the qualities of ingredients or other supplies with suppliers

– Plan to enhance customer services

– Review and control staff working schedules

– Control inventory to minimize loss and waste

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required

and

Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience OR completion of a college-level education or other program related to hospitality or food beverage service certification
