Overview
604 Drywall Ltd. is currently looking for a reliable and hard-working General Construction Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Oversee, synchronize and organize the tasks as well as heavy equipment for construction
- Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules, ensuring coordination with other project supervisors or managers
- Request necessary materials and supplies, address work-related issues, and propose enhancements to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate training for workers.
- Compile production and relevant reports.
- Possess the capacity to manage company operations and additionally supervise apprentices, helpers, labourers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in trade is required.
Salary: $39.50/hour
