Overview

9248-7032 Quebec Inc. DBA Mobile Snap is looking for a energetic and reliable individuals for the position of Customer Service Rep to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

·         Respond to customer inquiries in person or over the phone.

·         Explain the types and costs of services offered.

·         Provide information about claims and accounts.

·         Update accounts, initiate billing, process claim payments, and receive payments for services.

·         Accept customer orders for products or services.

·         Address inquiries and handle emergencies.

·         Examine complaints and update account information.

·

Requirements:

·         Experience of six months will be an asset.
