Terms of employment: Full time; Permanent Position; 40 hours per week

Wage: $27.00/hour


Supervise and delegate staff, ensuring the business runs smoothly

Conduct analysis of the business needs and organize internal meetings

Establish work schedules; co-ordinate with other staff to optimize processes

Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents

Assist with preparing the operating budget

Assist with global sourcing, especially in Asia and Europe

Assist in supervising and inspecting the implementation of company policies

Handle general accounting and payroll tasks

Deal with client inquiries and other administrative tasks



Language: English

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business accounting or a related discipline

5 years or more of relevant work experience

Efficient interpersonal and communication skills, consistently adheres to privacy legislation and confidentiality standards

Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, problem solving, working under pressure.

Be familiar with the manufacturing ERP system and apply it proficiently, excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook, and Teams
