Job position: Retail Store Supervisor
Job type: Full time – Permanent (30-35 hours/week)
Salary/wage: $22/Hour

Language requirement: English
Education requirement: Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work experience requirement: minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience

Work setting: Retail business

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Sell merchandise in store and authorize return of merchandise, as and when required
• Supervise and coordinate other staff, assign job duties and instructions to the staff
• Maintain, manage, and keep a record of inventory and stock
• Responsible for hiring and training sales associates and other staff
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports for review by management
• Prepare and maintain schedule of other staff working at the store
• Keep track of sales volume, inventory, promotions, and competitors
• Perform other relevant tasks as & when assigned by the management

Supervision: 3-4 people
