Job Title: Business Development Officer
Wage: $44.50 Hourly
Job Type: Full-time & permanent (30-35 hours per week)

Work Experience Req: 2 years to less than 3 years work experience in a similar role.

Education: Bachelors degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration

Job duties and responsibilities:
– Develop policies and administer programs to enhance growth of the business
– Design market research questionnaires
– Evaluate business opportunities, develop business proposals for existing and new customers and engage with leadership team to implement the strategies
– Data Analysis and create a strategy to generate leads through Online tooks like social media, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
– Research with respect to the best practices used and implemented by most successful companies in our domain
– Brainstorm, Innovate and develop concepts for creative market campaigns
– Plan and develop E-commerce strategies, drive the brand engagement on social media by conducting online marketing and website promotions
– Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with influential groups and individuals, business partners and other stakeholders
– Analyze budgets, expenses, sales and revenue to provide recommendations for business growth
– Analyze consumer rating reports, evaluate customer service, prepare reports and propose ideas for better customer dealings
– Strong account management and relationship building with current clients and get References, Leads and Recommendations
– Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
– Conduct margin analysis to ensure that changing market forces are appropriately reflected in current product offerings
– Perform a full suite of sales and prospecting activities including pipeline management, sales calls, site visits, presentations, and follow-up activities
– Develop market research questionnaires and conduct surveys to assess new opportunities for business growth
– Attend trade shows, conferences and exhibitions and represent the company
– Achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
