Job description
Responsibilities:

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries
Store, update and retrieve financial data
Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
Prepare monthly statements
Maintain payroll
Prepare T4 statements and other statements
Perform data entry and Bookkeeping
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certification
Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge
Sage Accounting Software
Quick Books
MS Access
MS Excel
MS Word
MS Windows
Accounting software
