Assistant Restaurant Manager
Tandoori Grill on Hill is loacted in Whistler , BC requires an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing restaurant staff performance , ensuring quality dining
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
- Organizing employee schedule
- Assisting guests whenever necessary
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead staff
- Ensuring front of house operations are aligned seamlessely with back of house
- Assist recruiting , hiring , training , developing , scheduling , evaluating and counselling team members
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Maintain food and other supplies
Job Requirements:
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service mangement
- Two years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience are required
