Overview

Avicenna Digital Health Corp. (dba Avee Health) is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst (NOC 21221) for our Downtown Vancouver location.

Permanent, full-time; $40.87 per hour; 40 hours per week. Extended health and dental benefits after completion of 3 months’ probation period, plus bonus depending on sales performance.

Duties:
Analyze large datasets to support business operations with proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making.
Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement data validation processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on business performance and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Mentor and coach junior specialists;
Ensure client and end users are properly represented with your team and identify any changes required.

Requirements:
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required;
·      Minimum 3 years of experience working in business data analysis or a related field required;
·      Experience in business administration and leading a team is an asset;
·      Previous experience leading data analysis projects and supervising teams is an asset;
·      Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset;
·      Experience in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is an asset;
·      English language ability required.
