Backs In Action Rehab & Wellness Centre Ltd. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Medical Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

·         Schedule appointments and answers the phone for medical staff and patients.

·         Register and Interview new patients and prepare, maintain, and update patient records.

·         Enter and format medical reports, and correspondence into the online system.

·         Prepare monthly reports and maintain document filing, financial statements, and tracking system.

·         Complete insurance and other claim forms and maintain patient’s confidential medical files and records.

·         Order supplies and maintain inventory.

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Minimum 1 year of work experience is required.

 

Salary:              $23.00/Hour
