Overview

BC Burger Company Inc. o/a Fat Burger located at Unit 23, 200 Burrard St., Vancouver BC V6C 3L6 requires one full time Grill Cook to join its team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

Perform required food preparations as per restaurant menu
Ensure grill area is ready and supplies are fully stocked
Prepare and Cook meals on grill for customers
Preparation of Catering Orders
Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety Program
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, dining area, utensils, and equipment
Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food stuffs
Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Keep records of the quantities of food used
Perform related duties as required by management
Job requirements:

Completion of secondary school is usually required
1 years of experience in cooking or grill cooking
OR

Certificate or Diploma in cooking with 6 months of experience

OR

Completion of 3-4 years of apprenticeship program

Language: English

Salary:$17.62/hr for 40/hrs per week
