Overview
BC Burger Company Inc. o/a Fat Burger located at Unit 23, 200 Burrard St., Vancouver BC V6C 3L6 requires one full time Grill Cook to join its team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Perform required food preparations as per restaurant menu
- Ensure Grill area is ready and supplies are fully stocked
- Prepare and cook meals on grill for customers
- Preparation of catering orders
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety program
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, dining area, utensils, and equipment
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Perform related duties as required by management
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is usually required
- 1 year of experience in cooking or grill cooking
Or
Certificate or diploma in cooking with 6 months of experience
Or
Completion of 3-4 years of apprenticeship program
Language: English
Salary: $17.62/hr for 40/hrs per week
