Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation per year.
l Job Duties:
-Maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders.
-Handle requests for site information and date
-Receive and respond to a daily email from employers, colleagues, and contractors.
-Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
-Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
-Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
-Coordinate maintenance of site equipment and inventory.
-Review site employee hours, and communicate with office staff.
l Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience OR completion of a one or two-year college diploma for administrative assistants or secretaries.
