Term of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: CAD$20-22 per hour

Working hours: 35-40 hours per week

What you’ll do…

·       Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient operation and quality service.

·       Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.

·       Scheduling shifts for staff and assign works to them.

·       Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all orders meet our high quality standards.

·       Managing inventory, ordering supplies and controlling operational costs.

·       Prepare and maintain records for inventory, equipment repairs and maintenance.

·       Address customer inquires and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.

·       Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

We’re looking for someone to have…

·       At least a high school diploma; higher education is preferred

·       Experience in food service industry; professional experience in supervisor role is an asset.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills

·       Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·       Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
