ABOUT BOURBON ST. GRILL
Cajun and Creole cuisine has been popular for decades and now that popularity is spreading throughout Canada as the attributes of this exciting and evolutionary cuisine are becoming widely recognized. Bourbon St. Grill specializes in traditional Louisiana cooking with the merging of the newest Cajun and Creole recipes providing a fresh alternative for fast food dining! Due to recent business growth, we are looking for a food counter attendant to join our team in the South Centre Mall in Calgary.

LOCATION
100 Anderson Rd SE, Unit FC6, Calgary, AB T2J 3V1

SALARY
$16.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Full-time; Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
Place dishes in storage area
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
Scour pots and pans
Keep records of the quantities of food used
Package take-out food
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Take customers’ orders
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Handle and store cleaning products
Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
