Overview

Branches & Knots is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join the team.

This is a permanent, full-time position; 30 hours per week; $36.60 per hour. Benefits include extended health, and monthly and annual bonus depending on sales.

Duties:
– Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;
– Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions and policies;
– Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labeled;
– Check and maintain inventory; purchase inventory as required;
– Process orders including authorizing payments, invoicing and scheduling shipments with couriers;
– Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;
– Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;
– Keep website updated: products, inventory quantities/out of stock, photos, change per season;

Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required;
– At least one year of previous work experience in retail sales;
– Previous experience in supervising is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
