Overview

Capital House Cleaning is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team based in Surrey.

Permanent, full-time; 30 hour per week; $28.85 per hour. Benefits include medical and dental.

Duties:
Supervise light duty cleaners in specified tasks;
Order cleaning supplies and new equipment as per requirements;
Assist in hiring, training and supervising cleaning staff;
Supervise and coordinate the activities and make work schedules of cleaning staff;
Maintain financial records, preparing budget and estimated costs for the cleaning projects;
Collect payments for the assigned cleaning jobs;
Advise management if replacement of equipment is required;
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met by inspecting the working sites;
Perform cleaning duties if required.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required;
Minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required;
Prior experience in supervising is an asset;
English language ability is required.
