Overview
Cariboo Hotel located at 254 Front Street, Quesnel BC is looking for a Cook to join their team as soon as possible.
Responsibilites:
- Prepare both veg and non-veg dishes as per restaurant menu
- Prepare sauces and dips
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards
- Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws
- May hire and Train kitchen staff when required
- Maintain inventory and records of food and other supplies
- Perform other duties as requested by mangement
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 year of experience in cooking
Or
- Completion of college or other program in cooking
Or
- Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks
Language: English
Job Location: 254 Front Street , Quesnel BC, V2J 2M1
Salary: $17.00 /hr for 40 hrs/week
