Position: Telephone repairer (72205)

Vacancies: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon, Weekend, Shift, To be determined

Wage: $33.50 per hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 3625 Shaganappi Trail NW, Calgary, AB T3A 0E2

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Diagnose and repair broken landlines and cell phones

·         Runs tests in order to determine the source of the issue

·         Recommend any parts that are needed and give the customer a quote for the repair

·         Complete and maintain test and service reports

·         Monitor the inventory of the store and parts available on-site and order parts or pull them from the store’s inventory to repair the phones

·         Keep detailed work logs tracking each repair in case of future damage or customer complaints

·         Help customers navigate all of the paperwork by giving them tips and instructions on how to complete it

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Completion of a college program in electronics or a related field

·         1-2 years of previous work experience related to electronics and electrical systems

·         Excellent customer service/handling skills;

·         Client focus, Reliability, Accurate, Flexibility
