Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $18.50 per hour
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary

Hours of work: 30- 40 hours per week.

Duties:
-Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirement
-Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers
-Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
-Keep records of stock, and sales such as the amount and cost of meals served and wastage
-Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of employees

-Maintain food and service meet quality control standards
Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school; AND
Experience: Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or a related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
