Job Title: Restaurant Manager (NOC:0631)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime and weekend if required)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Work Address: Unit #190, 13450 102 avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3T 5X3, Canada

Wage rate: $26.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Education: High School is required; Diploma in the Hospitality is an asset.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Language: English

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant food and beverage service.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Update the inventories for food and other supplies.

Essential Skills: Teamwork skills, good communication skills, good sense of taste and smell and Multitasking.
