Job Description:
Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Work Location: 2893 Grandview highway, Vancouver, BC  V5M 2E1

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Number Of Openings: 1
Hours of work: 30~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $18.50 per hour

Benefit: 4% vacation pay

 

 

Duties:

-Train staff, assign job duties, and make sure that they are able to follow sanitary standards and safety procedures.

-Receive deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.

-Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.

-Maintain food and service quality.

-Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.

-Check and order ingredients and supplies required.

 

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school

Experience: Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR

Completion of community college programs in food service administration, and hotel, and restaurant management is required.

Language:  English
