Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various projects through their expertise in mechanical engineering . This position requires a strong foundation in CAD software, leadership abilities, and a commitment to lean manufacturing principles. The Technologist will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality systems that meet project specifications while ensuring efficiency and safety.

Duties

Install machinery
Repair and maintain machinery
Assist in inspection of mechanical installations
Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials
Computer-aided design (CAD)
Estimate costs and materials
Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications
Supervise maintenance programs or operations
Test machines and equipment
Skills

College/CEGEP
Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician
Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year

On site:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
